Connektivity Consultants offer ongoing training and development to support you as an NDIS provider to meet your NDIS Business goals

Connektivity offers a range of training supports and engagement

  • Free 15 mins NDIS consultation to any providers on questions, queries and information  regarding the process to become an NDIS registered provider or renewal of existing NDIS registration or Mid-term/Surveillance NDIS Audit queries
  • 60 Mins training to existing registered or new NDIS Provider applicants to understand and explore the NDIS Registration scope and services
  • 20 hours of initial NDIS business set up training for newly approved NDIS registration providers
  • Schedule once a week (0.5 or 1 day) training and support to NDIS providers (offsite as well as onsite) which also includes setting up PRODA, NDIS portal, creating and establishing service agreements, service bookings and claims etc
  • Schedule once off or ongoing staff training for support workers and staff around maintaining update client documentation  
  • Schedule once off or ongoing training on other relevant aspects such as Intake assessment, Support plans and reviews, Risk Management, WHS, Incident management & reporting, Complaints Management & reporting
  • Schedule once off or ongoing staff/support worker training for High Intensity Personal Care activities for Module 1 by a Registered Nurse Consultant
  • Schedule Weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis for a few hours to couple of days to ensure you- as an NDIS business are up-to-date with all the ongoing monitoring, review and compliance matters
  • Conduct NDIS Internal Gap audit or Internal NDIS Audits
  • Any additional specific training to meet your NDIS business requirements
